Experimental Feature Disclosure and Acknowledgment
Please read this before you buy. It is short, and it is the description of what you are actually getting.

What the product is, how it is paid for, and permanence
The product consists of a key minted on the Base blockchain associated with a specific handle, which powers a public persona page. Payments are made permanently in USDC via our relayer.
It is an experimental simulation, and it is not a real person or a reliable representation of the Subject. Once created, the key and its on-chain association remain permanent, linking a wallet, handle, and public persona page.
Before anything else
dFusion Personas is an experimental research preview. It does not work reliably. We are selling you access to something we are still building, and we would rather you decided not to buy it than buy it expecting something it is not.
A Persona is a simulation. It is not a person, and it is not an accurate representation of the person it imitates. It will say things that person never said and would not say. If what you want is a reliable digital version of yourself or someone else, this product does not do that, and no future version may either.
If you only read one line: do not rely on anything a Persona says, about anyone, for any purpose.
Schedule of specific limitations
Each row below sets out a characteristic you might reasonably expect, and what this product actually does instead. These are the specific deviations you are asked to accept.
A. Representation of the Subject

E. Safety filtering

H. Technical dependencies and architecture

What we do promise
So that this document is not mistaken for a disclaimer of everything:
- We will supply access to the Personas feature as described in this document.
- We will apply AI-disclosure notices and markings as described in the Persona Terms.
- We will not create a Persona of a third party without that person's personally executed consent.
- We will honour a Subject's request to disable and delete a Persona of themselves.
- We will handle personal data as set out in the Persona Privacy Notice, and honour your rights under it.
- We will refund you on the basis set out in Section 15 of the Persona Terms.
- We will not knowingly misdescribe what the feature does, in this document or in our marketing.
Your statutory rights are not affected by this document. It defines what we promised; it does not remove any remedy you have if we fail to deliver what we promised. See Section 22 of the Persona Terms.

- you are not relying on a Persona accurately representing any person.
